Pythia has developed expertise in monitoring, analyzing, and assessing the impact of major public programs and measures adopted by national governments, governmental agencies, and educational institutions in the domain of R&D, innovation policy, and technological development.
In past projects we have been instrumental in defining innovation policy frameworks, in reviewing major developments from both a governmental and academic viewpoint, in identifying sources of funding for new programs (with a particular emphasis on development of the SME sector), and in assessing the legal and administrative environments.
